Rio Vista Hardware Store Beginnings

Reliable Hardware Store with a General Store Feel

Rodney and Paula Rowlett opened Rio Vista Hardware in August of 2000.  

Their goal was to supply people south of Cleburne with a reliable hardware source.  They got their inspiration from the old "General Store" where people could buy everything they needed. After a little time, they succeeded with their "old school" hardware store.

A True Hardware Experience

After always hearing complaints about having to shop at the big box hardware stores, Rodney and Paula decided to expand their business.  They made the decision to open up another store in Cleburne, for the people who longed for a true hardware store experience.  Rowlett Hardware was established in June of 2008.  All the hard work started to pay off after the word had gotten around that "There is a new Hardware Store in town!"

Rowlett's Corner Post

Happy with their success, they found another opportunity to expand their business once again.  The owners of the Corner Post in Godley were looking to sell.  Paula and Rodney decided to take the opportunity, and bought the store.  They officially became the owners in September of 2010, and they renamed the store Rowlett's Corner Post.

Grandview Hardware Store Remodeled and Open

Small Town Hardware Store

In 2015, Paula and Rodney decided to open a store in Grandview, Texas.  They purchased a building and remodeled it.  They opened their fourth store in April of 2016.
